Kolster’s trademark team received special recognition for their successful client work in protecting and defending brands last year when Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) rewarded Kolster as the winner in the category “Trade Mark Prosecution” at the international EMEA Awards 2020 gala of the IPR industry.

Managing IP Awards is the premier awards gala in the IPR industry. This year’s MIP EMEA Awards 2020 in London brought together nearly 400 leaders of the IPR sector. Kolster’s victory in the category “Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year 2020 ─ Finland” in front of a large international forum is a great recognition for the client work done over the past year and for active involvement in the trademark sector organisations INTA, ECTA and MARQUES to develop international IP industry practices.
Managing IP Awards special recognitions are based on extensive international MIP IP Stars research among clients and industry experts. The MIP research team analyses information about client cases and collects feedback from thousands of companies and IPR experts. The publication of the results culminates annually in a gala to reward companies whose work has been of major importance to clients or to the development of IP legislation and practices over the last calendar year.
