Pekka Ristikaarto's areas of expertise include various electromechanical solutions such as electronics product enclosures, cooling elements, cabling and connectors, and electronics manufacturing technology.
Prior to joining the patent sector and Kolster in 2017, Pekka worked for around 15 years in international product development and maintenance projects in telecommunications. His duties included planning and consulting on the electromechanics of base-station products, and various project management tasks. Pekka has also served as a part-time tutor in technology in a University of Applied Sciences.
